2. Final Balance (Success Fee): $750 USD
This final balance is due only after the selected candidate has received the H-2B visa and is confirmed ready for travel. This policy ensures you only pay the full fee when the talent placement is secured.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
We offer a free replacement worker if any placed employee departs their position within the first 30 days of the contract, ensuring your investment is fully protected.
