S&C Bridge Talent was not founded by traditional corporate recruiters, but by a professional who experienced the H-2B program firsthand. Our founder, Sergio Valverde, navigated the process from the inside, gaining a deep understanding of its operational challenges, regulatory complexities, and the practical realities faced by both U.S. employers and international workers.
Through that experience, Sergio identified the critical gaps that often create inefficiencies, miscommunication, and frustration on both sides of the hiring equation. He observed the impact of unclear communication, language barriers, inconsistent screening standards, and unreliable candidate pipelines. Issues that can directly affect productivity, compliance, and long-term business stability.
Recognizing these challenges, he envisioned a more structured, transparent, and accountable approach to international workforce recruitment. One built not only on documentation and compliance, but on operational integrity, rigorous screening, and clear communication at every stage of the process.
