S&C Bridge Talent wasn’t founded by corporate recruiters, but by someone who lived the H-2B process firsthand. Our founder, Sergio Valverde, experienced the program from the inside, navigating its complexities and identifying the critical gaps that often lead to frustration for both U.S. employers and international candidates.
After witnessing the lack of clear communication, the language barriers, and the inconsistencies in candidate reliability, Sergio realized there was a better way to do things. He saw a need for a partner who truly understands the stakes—not just on paper, but in practice.
